The salesman and the installer were very informative and professional. They clearly have been doing this a long time and knew exactly what they are doing. The salesman took the time to explain the system and how it works and answered every question I had. The installer was very friendly and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and even went the extra distance to make sure the lines were routed to my standards. I highly recommend Culligan.

Joshua Welch was a great resource throughout the entire process and I have found the other company representatives to be responsive and proactive.

Josh did an excellent job on comparing prices and services for water softening systems - we had already had 2 estimates, but signed with Josh the day he visited us. It is an excellent system, and we love it - the water in Rutherford County is horrid, and that makes the Culligan purchase a necessity and not a luxury. We could not be happier with Josh, the installers, and Culligan as a whole. Carl and Ann Wagner

Brad was great to work with. He visited us on site, preformed before and after water tests (chlorine, calcium, etc). We were remodeling an older home and installing all new kitchen/bathroom faucets as well as new PEX piping throughout the house. I wanted a house filter and a water-softener system to remove the calcium (hard water) from our system and prevent long term damage to our investment. Also, my daughter has severe eczema and the soft water is better for her skin. The whole home house filter was very affordable and I cannot believe I lived without one before- especially when I change the filter annually and see what it collects. We decided to also place a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen to remove pharmaceuticals from the water. I am in the medical profession and am well aware of the measurable levels of unmetabolized and unfiltered medicines that remain our our water supply. They drilled a precise hole next to our kitchen faucet and the fixture blended well with our kitchen style. We spent $4,300 on the total investment and $140 annually for replacement house filter and salt refills. They deliver the salt to us on a schedule and I can pay online. Out of the whole remodel, it was the best investment we made. We can taste the difference in the water from the RO filter in the kitchen compared to water elsewhere. Great local company to work with.
